The 2025 Awards Dinner will be held on Thursday 6th August 2026! The venue will be in Gauteng, South Africa and will be announced soon.
Herewith a summary of the process and further important information. Please review carefully and adhere to all the requirements, to make the Judging process efficient and smooth.

Submit per the form and complete all fields as accurately as possible. This is important so that it is easy for the Judges to contact you. If the Judges are unable to contact you after 2 weeks of attempt, your entry may be disqualified.

Please provide an alternate email address.

When sending in your description, please remember that this text may be used in the finalist marketing materials should the entry reach the finals.

This text must be a maximum of 250 words long and written in the third person. A reminder that the entry should be from an organisational perspective – and not to reference individuals

Please add the Title of the Entry. This will be used on the event marketing material if relevant.

Please use the name of the Organisation\s that you would want printed on the certificate if the entry makes it to the finals.

Once submitted you will receive an automated confirmation email. You will then be contacted by the ASCEA secretariat, managed by Upavon Management, directly for any information that is outstanding.

If your submission is complete and deemed acceptable it will be sent through to the Judges for an initial review. This will take place from March through to May 2026

Upon acceptance by the judges, you will be allocated two judges who will guide you through the next steps of the process which will include:

A meeting with the allocated Judges to explore your submission in more detail (usually online). This session will determine your suitability to go through to the next round.

If selected for the next round of judging you will be asked to create a presentation per a specific template provided to you, and you will be requested to present this to all the Judges at an allocated time. The presentation will be 30 mins and there will be 10 minutes for questions. This will take place in the last two weeks of June 2026, and perhaps into early July 2026, depending on the number of entries received.

Subject to the decision of the Judges following this presentation the finalists will be determined.

Judges reserved the right to change the category in which the original submission was received. You will be contacted with information if this is the case.

Finalists will be invited to the Awards dinner. The winners of the categories will be announced at this dinner. The dinner will be on the 6th of August 2026 in Johannesburg and on-line.
