Guests attending the ASCEA Dinner on Wednesday, 19 August 2026 at The Time Square Hotel in Pretoria can make use of a preferential accommodation rate arranged for the event.

To qualify for the preferential rate, guests must quote the following Block Code when making a reservation: UPAVONPB through the hotel directly or alternatively complete the online Dinner Booking Form which has accommodation as an option on the form to be invoiced by the event organisers.
