Sponsoring the Africa Supply Chain Excellence Awards (ASCEA) is an opportunity for organisations to champion the advancement of Africa’s supply chain profession. Sponsorship opportunities:

 

ELITE SPONSORSHIP R150,000 Excl. VAT 

This package will position the sponsor as one of the leading sponsors of the Awards. The package will include: 

• Pre and post event branding – the sponsor’s logo will be included on all marketing materials including social media and the official ASCEA website 

• Onsite branding – the sponsor’s logo will be included on banners around the venue and holding slides 

• Marketing materials will be made available to the sponsor which will be customisable for use on social media and in client communications 

• The sponsor will be invited to welcome all attendees at the Awards evening and give a 5-minute welcome speech 

• 3 dedicated social media posts – content to be agreed by the host and the sponsor 

• There will be a dedicated media release about the sponsor and why it is important to sponsor the ASCEA awards 

• The sponsor will be invited to participate in a webinar prior to the awards evening on a topic agreed by the host and the sponsor 

• 2 tables of 10 will be available to the sponsor at the awards evening. These tables will be in prime position at the venue 

• Placement of an advert on the ASCEA website – content to be agreed by the host and the sponsor

CATEGORY SPONSORSHIP R66,000 Excl. VAT 

• Pre and post branding – the sponsor’s logo will be included on all marketing materials including social media and the ASCEA website 

• Onsite branding – the sponsor’s logo will be included on banners around the venue and holding slides 

• Marketing materials will be made available to the sponsor which will be customisable for use on social media and in client communications 

• The sponsor’s logo will be included on the certificates relating to that category 

• The sponsor’s logo will be included on the website aligned with the specific category 

• 2 dedicated social media posts – content to be agreed by the host and the sponsor 

• A representative of the sponsor will be called up at the Awards Evening to hand over the awards 

• 1 table will be available to the sponsor at the awards evening. This will be in prime position at the venue. 

• The sponsor may not enter the category that it has elected to sponsor 

 

SUPPORT SPONSORSHIP R 55,000 Excl. VAT 

• Pre and post branding – the sponsor’s logo will be included on all marketing materials including social media and the ASCEA website 

• Onsite branding – the sponsor’s logo will be included on banners around the venue and holding slides 

• 2 dedicated social media posts – content to be agreed by the host and the sponsor 

• Marketing materials will be made available to the sponsor which will be customisable for use on social media and in client communications 

• 1 table will be available to the sponsor at the awards evening. This will be in prime position at the venue.
